On August 6, 2024, Zoetis Inc. (the Company) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the second quarter of 2024 and raising its guidance for full year 2024. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
